Guacamole is a crowd pleaser but this recipe from The Church Cook has a secret ingredient, edamame. Avocado is smashed with edamame in a mortar and pestle with grated onion, jalapeno, cilantro, and garlic. The mortar and pestle helps the guacamole achieve the perfect chunky texture.
