In California,, there are vending machines dispensing cupcakes and medicinal marijuana, but now another unusual treat is available via vending; caviar. These caviar boutiques are filled with caviar, such as Imperial River Beluga Caviar ($500 an ounce) as well as other delicacies such as truffles, escargot, bottarga blinis, salts and caviar accessories.
