Made by Suzie the Foodie, this ectoplasm slimed popcorn is a ghostbuster's snack of choice. Combining popcorn with tinted, melted white chocolate and cream, the splattered snack is finished off with a bit of salt to balance the flavors. Serve it up at your Halloween party this weekend.
