These cupcakes are sweet and simple, with a fluffy frosting that is a sure winner. The cupcakes themselves have a secret surprise: they are filled with sweet jam!
Thanks to Foodista member: Vera Zecevic, for this yummy treat. We love the addition of vinegar in the mix. The cupcakes bake up to be a tender, moist cake. They are really well done.
