Nothing beats an after school treat. Especially one that is sweet and full of tasty fruit. We loved this recipe from Foodista member: Angela LeMoine
The ease of a boxed Funfetti cake, with a homemade addition of rich, cinnamon apples and brown sugar topping, is a real winner. We think it might be the perfect treat to slip into a lunchbox once in a while as well.
