Anthony Sedlak, one of Canada's young culinary stars, died suddenly in Vancouver on Friday. Sedlak, 29, was host of Food Network Canada's The Main and was also a judge on Family Cook Off. He was found dead in his Vancouver home from an undiagnosed medical condition.
Sedlak opened his own restaurant earlier this year in Vancouver, The American CheeseSteak Co.. He was recently in Toronto working with the Don Valley Hotel and Suites to help redesign their menu.
