8 Minute Microwave Brownies

June 3, 2012

8 minute microwave chocolate brownies are a go-to dessert when you are short on time.  All your typical brownie ingredients are mixed together and placed in a microwave safe baking dish.  The batter is cooked on high for 8 1/2 minutes and presto the brownies are finished.  While they are "baking" you can whip up a quick chocolate frosting to spread on top.  Microwave brownies are a great recipe for those who have limited kitchen access or no time to bake.
