Courteney Cox owns a private home in Malibu, California with acres of land that includes guest cottages, a screening room, tennis court and house, and a swimming pool with fresh water. One of the focal points of the house is the kitchen, which opens to a deck and pool with a view of Malibu's waters.
"With the doors open, you feel like you're completely outside," Cox said.
The main kitchen is fully equipped with appliances from Gaggenau, countertops from CaesarStone, and stainless-steel sinks from Franke. Vintage barstools give the space a bit of history.
The outdoor deck has a gallery kitchen which is attached to the screening house through a "hot-dog window." The inspiration for the outdoor kitchen was the modern-day food truck. The gallery kitchen is mainly used by a personal chef to prepare snacks and drinks when Cox is hosting an outdoor get-together.
