The Morris Grilled Cheese Truck serves an unlawfully good grilled cheese sandwich. The truck is a revamped NYPD van that owner Michael Jacober purchased at a police auction for just $6,000.
Jacober originally bought the van as a way to cut his startup costs, telling PSFK, "I wanted to step into something that wasn't high risk. It's not like investing in a restaurant, where the start-up costs are much higher." For more cool unique food trucks, check out this collection.
