David Chang and Questlove have made their Fried Chicken Battle on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon official. Using social media, Chang and Questlove will be using hashtags #FriedChickenBattle, #TeamChang and #TeamQuestlove to promote their recipes and gather votes.
Chang and Questlove have also announced what is at stake in this battle. If Questlove wins, he will get a spread in Lucky Peach and get to serve his very own fried chicken at one of Chang's Momofuku restaurants. If Chang wins, Questlove will have to sport a chicken costume on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon.
The Fried Chicken Battle is taking place on April 12.
