It's that time of year to enjoy a hot toddy and relax. Chris Ojeda, Creative Bar Director for Soho House and Cecconi’s (LA, NY, and Miami), created a hot apple toddy inspired by the flavors of the season. The cider house rules cocktail is warm and sweet, with a kick from the apple jack. Make this cocktail for a party or just sip it fire side.
Cider House Rules
Ingredients:
1.5oz Apple Jack
1oz Fresh pressed apple cider (gala apples are best)
½ oz lemon juice
½ oz honey syrup
Top w/ hot water
Cinnamon dusting
Half dehydrated gala apple chip
Directions:
Stir first four ingredients together. Top with hot water until you reach desired strength. Garnish with cinnamon and apple chip.
