Honey Jelly

Do you love jelly? How about honey? Why not combine them both, into a sweet and simple treat. These make wonderful gifts, too. 

Honey Jelly

3 Cups honey

1 Cup water

1/2 a bottle of liquid pectin

1. Combine honey and water in a saucepan. 

2. Bring to a boil over medium heat and add pectin

3. Return to a rolling boil and remove from heat

4. Pour hot jelly into hot jars, leaving 1/4 inch headspace.

5. Process in hot water canner for 15 minutes from point of boiling. 

Makes 6 half pints.
