Kristen Bell manages to stay in shape through a combination of an active lifestyle and a vegetarian diet.

The meat-free actress says she does "ping-pong" between unhealthy foods likes ice cream to healthier options like hearty salads. But she makes sure never to deprive herself, as long as everything is done in moderation. Bell also dishes on her favorite cereals, which are Fruity Pebbles, Honey Nut Cheerios and Cinnamon Life.

Bell's favorite beauty secret? "The more you smile, the more beautiful you'll feel."
