Vita Coco hasn't been completely honest about their product and they may be paying a hefty price as a result.
It was recently revealed that Vita Coco's coconut water is not as hydrating as they claim. Since then, the company is now facing a $5 million and class-action lawsuit. The lawsuit documents says, according to a witness, that the company was aware that the electrolytes in their coconut water is actually 35-82% lower than what the company has advertised.
Moral of the story? False advertising never ends well.

that's too bad, I really like the original coconut water by Vitacoco. Of all the coconut water i feel this one is really naturally tasting. It's not too sweet

In the islands where drinking water can be poisonous, I use coconut water to make ice in my rum cocktails.

That's a shame. I drank it all throughout my pregnancy when I got tired of plain old water. And, when it's hot and you're pregnant it's hard to stay hydrated!
