For my birthday tomorrow, my family got me a tortilla press and comal! I suppose it is a gift that benefits them , but it is much faster than having to roll the tortillas out individually. I am really excited!
This video is of a woman making authentic Quesadillas, something that I make almost every day as well, but she does it much better than I do. Enjoy!
