Sunday Baking: Cheddar Biscuits

Sometimes there is nothing better than a freshly baked biscuits. They are the type of bread that can be eaten morning, noon, and night without remorse. The buttery inside goes perfectly with just about anything that you would put in between two slices of bread. These biscuits go one step further by adding cheddar cheese. The secret ingredient in this recipe is the Worcestershire sauce which adds depth of flavor. If you wanted, you could also add fresh herbs like chopped chives or parsley.  You and your family will love these delicious biscuits.

Cheddar Biscuits

Ingredients:

2 cups Unbleached Flour

1 teaspoon Mustard, Dry

1 teaspoon Paprika

¼ teaspoon Baking Powder

1 cup Butter, Room Temperature

10 ounces Cheddar, Sharp, Grated

1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
