We love that chocolate hazelnut spread known as Nutella. This spread is so easy to make I sometimes wonder what took me so long to try it. All you need is a food processor and a hand full of good quality ingredients. You can use this chocolate hazelnut spread in a variety of ways. I like to spread it on a croissant, add some strawberries, and eat it as a dessert sandwich. Chocolate-hazelnut spread is delicious with fruit, between cookies, or just on a spoon. My adive: make several jars, once people find out about what your making, they will be lining up.
Ingredients:
1 cup hazelnuts
¼ demerara sugar
½ teaspoon kosher salt
¼ cup grapeseed oil
