Chain restaurant T.G.I.Friday's is continuing its efforts to win over beer lovers by launching a fun online beer buying program. If you've ever wanted to buy a friend a drink to celebrate or commiserate but were thwarted by space and time, TGIF's new Facebook app is here for you. Just "like" T.G.I. Friday's on Facebook and you are ready to place your order. TGIF will send a receipt to your lucky friend's wall, who can then redeem it for a real beer, non-alcoholic drink, or food item at any location. Beers cost $5 regardless of where they are picked up.
