The Queen's Diamond Jubilee is coming up in 2012, and you can celebrate at home than by purchasing a £100,000 Scotch. John Walker & Sons, the makers of Johnnie Walker, will release a blend of whiskies distilled in 1952 and finished in a marrying cask of English oak from The Queen's Sandringham Estate in honor of the Jubilee. The whisky will be bottled in crystal decanters and sold by invitation only, with all profits going to the Queen Elizabeth Scholarship Trust.
The Diamond Jubilee will honor the 60th anniversary of Queen Elizabeth's ascension to the throne in 1952.
