Thai Take-Out Classics

From fresh Thai chilies to strong scented lime leaves to pungent fish sauce, it is hard not to be hypnotized by the flavors of Thailand.  However, we seem to have this perception that Thai food is too exotic to be made at home and I for one, beg to differ.  I hope these recipes inspire you to get into the kitchen and try these dishes.

Thai Iced Tea
A swwet tea made with sweetened condensed milk.

Chicken Satay with Peanut Sauce
This dish tastes fantastic and is fun to eat.

Pad Thai
This is a complex dish that is spicy, sweet, sour, and salty.

Green Chicken Curry
You can substitute the chicken with tofu for a vegetarian option.

Sticky Rice with Mangoes
A tropical version of rice pudding.
