Mousse de maracuja or passion fruit mousse is my absolute favorite dessert without a doubt. Maybe it is the tartness of the fruit or that it’s lusciously creamy. Whenever I want a taste of home I make some. If you have read my other posts about Brazilian desserts, you might realize the trend, they’re easy! One precaution, try not to get already sweetened passion fruit pulp. If that is all you can find adjust the sweetened condensed milk to your liking. This is one of those recipes that you can whip up for an impromptu party or just because you feel like it.
Ingredients:
4 teaspoons gelatine powder
2 tablespoons water
1 cup passion fruit pulp
1 cup cream
½ cup sweetened condensed milk
2 tablespoons lemon juice
