Apparently the idea for this restaurant started in Las Vegas... at 4 a.m..... after a long night of blackjack. TGD offers everyone's favorite (or least favorite) meal every day of the year. The founders appear to be trying to emulate the Chipotle model: diners can select from a particular type of meat and then customize their experience by selecting sides and desserts. Sandwiches, salads and soups are all options as well. Check out an employee customizing one meal in the picture above. Currently, the restaurant is open in Canton, Ohio and it plans to open a second branch in Oxford, Ohio later this year. Franchising opportunities are available. “So far, I’d say 99 percent of our customers absolutely love it, think the food is great and want to come back,” TGD manager Marco Antonelli told the Middletown Journal. “The whole fresh concept is really what we are trying to get at."
