Cheese Sauce

Ingredients

1 cup milk
3 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons flour or 1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Velveeta cheese

Preparation

Heat milk. Mix flour, salt, and pepper with a little milk. Then stir into heated milk. Stir constantly until mixture boils. Then add butter and cheese. Let cheese melt. Good served over toast.
