Ingredients
1 cup
soy sauce
3/4 cup
lemon juice
1/4 cup
rice wine
vinegar
1/2 cup
dried bonito flakes
Preparation
1
Heat
the soy sauce and the bonito flakes in a saucepan, and bring to a
boil
for 3 minutes.

Remove from
heat
and allow to
cool.
Strain
the sauce and discard the bonito flakes.

Add the vinegar and lemon
juice.
Serve,
or
store
in a glass jar with tight-fitting lid in the refrigerator for up to 3 days
