Ingredients
2 tablespoons
dried
celery seed
4 tablespoons
kosher salt
Preparation

Grind
celery
seeds
in a
blender
or spice
mill
on high until finely
ground.

Add
salt
and process at high speed until the
salt
is well
blended
with celery.

Store
in a spice jar.
