Let rise for a few minutes. Brush generously with beaten egg yolk and a little water with a pastry brush. Bake at normal temp. for recipe. Remove.

Let cool. Pull off bowl. Make up salad according to taste, adding meats, seafood or whatever is the desire. Put into bowl of bread, serve with dressing to the side. Let guests have fun eating not only the salad but the bowl also! No dishes to clean. This is also great for thick chili in smaller versions, sprinkled with cheese on top and a dash of sour cream to top.
