Prepare the pears by peeling, cutting in half, and removing the cores. Lightly brush the halves with oil and season with salt and pepper. Place on a grill for 10 minutes on each side, or until softened, and set aside. When cooled, slice each into a fan.

In a bowl combine the rosewater, vinegar, oil, herbs and seasoning, and whisk to combine. Toss in greens and mix to combine. Place in servingdishes.
