Honey Chicken

Ingredients

4 boned chicken breasts
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup butter
Cooking oil
1 teaspoon curry
cup yellow mustard
1 teaspoon salt

Preparation

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Melt butter. Stir in honey, curry, mustard and salt. Set aside.

Brown chicken in frying pan with a little oil. Drain oil.

Put chicken in casserole and pour mixture over it. Bake for 30 minutes in 325 degree oven.
