Easy Cake

Ingredients

3/4 cup oil
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges with juice
3 ounces pkg. vanilla instant pudding mix
20 ounces crushed pineapple in juice
8 ounces non dairy whipped topping

Preparation

Mix first 4 ingredients in large bowl and beat for 3 minutes. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan and bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.

Combine pudding mix and pineapple with juice. Fold in whipped topping. Spread over cool cake. Refrigerate until ready to eat.
