Carrot Cauliflower Cheese Pie

Ingredients
Pastry
pie shell
1/4 cup
butter
1 cup chopped
onions
1
clove garlic
, minced
1 medium cauliflower, cut into flowerets
1/2 cup sliced peeled
carrots
1/2 teaspoon crushed
savory
dash crushed
oregano
1/4 teaspoon
salt
dash of
pepper
1 1/2 cups grated
Cheddar cheese
2
eggs
1/4 cup
milk
Preparation
1
Saute
onions and garlic in butter,
stir
in vegetables,
seasonings
, eggs and milk. Cover and cook 10 minutes
stirring
occasionally. Sprinkle 3/4 cup cheese on bottom of pie
shell
, add vegetables and
top
with remaining cheese.
