Banana Muffins (Vegan)

Ingredients
1 teaspoon black strap molasses (optional-I like it for the health benefits)
2 tablespoons ground flax seeds
6 tablespoons water*
2 cups whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
3 bananas, well mashed
1 teaspoon vanilla

Preheat oven to 325F.

Add flax seed mixture to butter mixture and combine.

If you're making loaves, bake for 40 minutes.
