Being creative and flexible are key words in my quest to deliver outstanding dishes wherever I am in the world, nothing is impossible.
Spending lots of money on ingredients will not necessarily make fantastic food, but a good chef (or cook) can make excellent food from simple and cheap ingredients.
My aim every time, is to serve food that not only tastes fantastic but also gives you the sensation of different tastes textures and stunning to the eye.
