Want an easier way to tack the keto diet? Check out The DIRTY, LAZY, KETO COOKBOOK by Stephanie and William Laska. Their approach to the diet is refreshingly simple (no mindbending macro tracking) and budget-friendly (no need to buy grass-fed meats). Stephanie lost 140 pounds and "bent the rules" to do it. She believes in the science behind the diet, but not the "police state" way of counting every single carb. She encourages you to relax and enjoy your Diet Coke or low-carb beer (that's the DIRTY part). The Laska's LAZY KETO approach requires you to count only the net carbs (not fat, protein, or calories) and to do what works for you.
The DIRTY, LAZY, KETO COOKBOOK is filled with 100 delicious recipes that are all less than 10 net carbs. The Buffalo Bill's Chicken Dip recipe below is a mere 5 net carbs! If you like fast food, you'll love their keto-friendly copycat recipes like:

BUFFALO BILL’S CHICKEN DIP
"Buffalo Bill’s Chicken Dip is great for get-togethers. It’s a bit spicy, so it will probably be better suited for an adult crowd. The ranch powdered seasoning mix is the secret ingredient. When this is on sale, I stock up. Don’t laugh, but I currently have about fifty packets in my pantry right now. Between this dish and my Dragon Tail JalapeƱo Poppahs recipe, I use this secret ingredient quite a bit!" ~Stepahie Laska
2 (4.2-ounce) chicken breasts from cooked rotisserie chicken
1 (8-ounce) package full-fat cream cheese, softened
2 cups shredded whole milk mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (1-ounce) package ranch powder seasoning mix
1 cup full-fat mayonnaise
1 cup full-fat sour cream
1⁄2 cup finely chopped green onion
1⁄4 cup buffalo wing sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1⁄2 pound no-sugar-added bacon, cooked and crumbled
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 2-quart (8" × 8") baking dish.
In a small bowl, finely shred chicken.
Combine chicken with remaining ingredients, except bacon, in baking dish, stirring to mix well.
Bake 25–30 minutes; stop when bubbling and browned on top.
Take out of the oven and stir again to mix all the melted ingredients. Top with the crumbled bacon. Serve immediately.

TIPS & OPTIONS
This dip is best served warm. Make sure that you use the plain buffalo wing sauce, not one that is creamy or sweet. Raw cucumbers, celery, broccoli, and cauliflower make excellent choices for “dippers.”
