Harvard University is hosting a public science and cooking lecture series. Among the chefs who will talk this year: David Chang, Ferran Adria, Wylie Dufresne, Dan Barber and Nathan Myhrvold. Grant Achatz and Jose Andres have already spoken. Their lectures can be seen below.
