Broccoli and Pan Seared Scallops

Ingredients
6 larges scallops
8 mediums broccoli tips with stem
2 pinches salt
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon fresh garlic
1 pinch ground chili powder
to taste ground black pepper

PREPARATION: Wash the scallops, broccoli and pat try separately. Grate garlic very finely.

Sautee the garlic for a minute and then add the chilli and salt to it. The smell of the garlic and chilli and butter cooking are making my mouth water :)

Let it rest for few minutes to finish the cooking process.

Oh don't forget the broccoli LOL. Now comes the best part.

About
Quissy and I had lots of left over fried rice and noodles and we were debating
what to have with our left overs? Couple of ideas were being tossed around!
We both fancied seafood that night and scallops it was :)
We chose the following dish because it’s an easy and fast dish to make. It’s
very tasty, healthy and soothing.
After dinner it was all :) on our faces.
