This dish is healthy and contains lots of flavours. When we have company over for ball games or hockey we cook this as an appetizer. The skin is so crispy and the flavour of herbs and chilli makes this a party favourite.
Get it when it’s served or lose out!
Potatoes slowly roasted in a fusion of curry spices and tons of herbs. Good for appetizers or as a side dish .Very savoury as well as very well-seasoned. You will savour the taste for days :)
