Cuban Avocado Mousse
Ingredients
1 cup sour cream
2 small white onions, grated
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
1 cup mayonnaise
Sea salt to taste
4 envelopes unflavored gelatin
Olive oil spray
Preparation

Place all ingredients in a blender except water and gelatin.

Sprinkle gelatin with the half cup of cold water and add the one and-a-half cup of hot water until dissolved.

Blend into the avocado mixture.

Spray a ring mold lightly with olive oil, then pour in mixture.

Refrigerate until set.

Excellent served as a side salad on a bed of lightly dressed fresh greens, or serve as an appetizer with crudites, fresh corn tortilla chips, crackers, etc.
