Britney Spears' Femme Fatale Diet and Exercise Plan

The latest issue of People zeroes in on Britney Spears' Femme Fatale diet and exercise plan. With just a month and a half to go until her tour kicks off, the pop star has kicked things into high gear. She recently signed trainer Derek DeGrazio, who's worked with celebrities like Kim Kardashian and Mel B of the Spice Girls, to ensure she's ready for the public eye.

DeGrazio has kept Britney Spears on a strict 1,500-calorie-a-day diet that includes six days of healthy meals and one cheat day. A typical weekday entree is baked fish and broccoli, while Spears' snacks include celery with almond butter. On the exercise end, Spears has been spending 90 minutes a day in the gym followed by five hours of dance rehearsals.

Derek DeGrazio says that Spears "looks amazing," adding, "You can see the tone in her muscles -- her arms, legs and abs."
