Sweeten Your Day bakery in Salt Lake City, Utah is the company behind this cake in tribute to Disney's Tangled. The cake is a replica of Rapunzel's tower, with figurines of the main characters on the base, including Rapunzel's long golden hair.
The artwork on this cake is actually quite impressive with details like the colorful flowers and window panes. Sweeten Your Day has also designed cakes in tribute of Minnie Mouse, Treasure Island and Hello Kitty.

I have seen the figurines, but not the Pascal one. Where ever did you find him? My daughter loves Tangled and I was going to make her birthday cake with him.
I was wondering what size round cake pans you used for your cake? (base, tower and top) Did you just carve the middle down?
