When days are hot, cut the heat with a glass of cold, sweet Thai tea. The distinct orange color comes from the dark red tea leaves. You'll find loose Thai tea or Thai tea powder in most Asian markets and Southeast Asian import shops.
In Thailand, this tea can be bought on the street and is often poured into a plastic bag for easy carrying.
