About
Now, this Cheesy Mango Raisin Oatmeal Cookie is another one of a kind cookie. The combination of cheese, mango and raisin ! oh, the taste is heavenly, I cant describe how wonderful it is..the mango bits has made the cookie dough soft and smooth while the raisin made its connection with it. I realized, they are perfect for one another. ( I know..I can see the reaction on your faces) The cheese on the other hand is rather unique and it makes the ingredients perfect as a group. Don't forget the oatmeal flakes

Such an odd combination of foods for a cookie, but love the idea of it.

Hi..thanks for dropping by..I know its odd but Ive been thinking of cookie recipe that will at least cut off so much chocolate flavor and I decided to make this one. I have cranberry with cheese and pineapple bits with raisin. Believe these cookies are good and I considered them as my energy pack cookie.
