Smoothie are a great way to kickstart your morning, plus they’re an easy breakfast with little cleanup! I start each morning with a pumpkin-based smoothie. Why pumpkin? It’s delicious, filling, and loaded with good-for-you ingredients like vitamins A and E, potassium, iron, fiber, and so much more. Why wait for that pumpkin pie at Thanksgiving? Start enjoying pumpkin puree in a new and healthier way by whipping it into soups and smoothies!
Below is my delicious Spiced Up Pumpkin Banana Smoothie recipe - you’ll love it, your kids will love, and you’ll stay satiated until lunchtime. For alternative variations, swap out the banana for fresh or frozen berries, and/or add a big handful of spinach or kale.
Cheers!
