If you did not grow up in a region where fresh pineapple was easily accessible, you're probably used to eating it from a can. The syrup soaked fruit has it's place in the kitchen but nothing compares to freshly cut golden cubes of pineapple. The pineapple can appear intimidating next to the shiny red apples or soft fleshed peaches. Perhaps its the spiny outside or the wild green crown, No matter the reason, there is absolutely nothing to be afraid of.
