These bars are a totally awesome blend of savory rosemary dough and sweet, apricot topping. Perfect for a dessert or simply as a snack.
Ingredients:
For the rosemary dough:
12 tablespoons unsalted butter, cubed and at room temperature
½ cup powdered sugar
½ teaspoon salt
¾ teaspoon vanilla extract
1½ teaspoons fresh rosemary, finely chopped
1¾ cups all purpose flour
