Thanksgiving may be a long way away, but the timeless combo of turkey and cranberry remains the same no matter the time of year. This recipe is not only easy to prepare, but it also brings about memories of Thanksgiving leftover sandwiches.
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons cranberry or some other fruit chutney
2 tablespoons chopped toasted pecans
2 slices sourdough bread
2 ounces thinly sliced roasted turkey
2 ounces Brie, sliced
1/4 cup arugula
