Cilantro lime shrimp from LeMoine Family Kitchen can be made in a flash. Shrimp are my go-to for quick and easy cooking. They only take a few minutes to prepare and are oh so delicious. These cilantro lime shrimp can be served on their own with a side of rice and beans or with corn tortillas to make shrimp tacos.
Cilantro Lime Shrimp

12 jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined, tails on
1 bunch cilantro, stems discarded
3 cloves garlic
1 heaping Tbsp sliced almonds
Juice of lime, divided
Olive oil
salt & pepper
