Hummus is a wonderful food for both it's rich flavor and high protein content as well as it's ability to be used in many ways. Either on chips, or spread across fresh pita bread, this recipe is sure to be a welcome snack in anyone's kitchen.
Ingredients:
6 cloves of Garlic, chopped
1/3 cup Lemon Juice
2 tbsps Water
14 oz can Chickpeas
1/2 cup Tahini
1/2 tsp Sea Salt
Dash of Paprika
