1½ c. plain yogurt
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract
8 Tbsp. (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted and cooled
2 medium pears, peeled and diced into ½ in. chunks (about 1½ c.)
½ c. sliced candied ginger

1 c. powdered sugar
2 tsp. powdered ginger
