Chocolate Butterscotch Yule Log
Ingredients:
100g self-raising flour
50g brown sugar
2 tbsp cocoa powder
150ml soya milk
3 "flax eggs" (3 tbsp ground flaxseed + 9 tbsp warm water)
1 can light coconut milk
100g soft brown sugar
200ml soya cream
175g dark chocolate
1 tbsp sugar
