The bread machine has to be one of the most useful gadgets in the kitchen. Being frugal, I have to remind you that they are always found at thrift stores for next to nothing. I just don't think they get the appreciation that they deserve! Here is a recipe to show you how awesome it could be to have a bread machine on your counter top right now.
If you are choosing a bread machine for the first time, find one that will hold a 2 pound loaf, and has a dough setting. That way, you can make the perfect dough and finish it any way you choose.
